Welcome to K & T Engineers!
Over the next few pages we hope to give
you an insight into who we are, what we do and the way we work for our
customers.
K & T Engineers was formed in 1973 by Ken Gollop and Tom Hickey, hence
the "K & T"; both were experienced and skilled engineers.
Over the next 27 years they developed the company giving it a first
class reputation for quality and delivery excellence. When the founders
retired, the company was purchased by Bernard Kuropka and his wife,
Bernardine who have retained and added to the original workforce, bringing
new strengths and skills to a company that was already rich in engineering
expertise.
Our future is we believe, an exciting one. Engineering continues to
move forward, constantly innovating. Our customer base is strong with
many blue-chip clients who benefit from the products we supply to their
design, quality, price and delivery needs. In 2016 we moved premises
to a detached 530 m² Freehold factory as the next part of our Company
development.
In 2007 we acquired the sole manufacturing rights to the Jupiter Invader
Pump. A Rotary Hand Pump, which K & T continues to make for the MOD
and 1st Tier MOD supplier’s. We stock all spares for rapid despatch.
The Royal Navy’s latest Type 26 Frigate will use the Jupiter Invader
Pump for several applications on board.
Our Company logo, long symbolises our outlook to our business; the buttress
gear wheel everything that is solid, traditional and associated with
good engineering practice, to the Eagle which represents accuracy, keen
eyed observation, speed, developed skill and competitiveness.
K & T Engineers truly is 'Geared
to it's Customers'. |
